We cannot control what photos are uploaded to www.ourdayart.com. However, we will refuse to create a painting which would be commonly be considered offensive to any race, religion, etc.
Further, it is the customer's responsibility to assure that no copyrighted image or any other image the customer is not authorized to use is sent to us.
